SUMMARY
Can't quit app when in full screen and opening password locked PDF.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any PDF.
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+F to go to full-screen mode.
3. Press Alt+F4 to close PDF.
4. Open password-protected PDF.
5. Press Esc to close password prompt.
6. Click OK to close prompt saying document can't be opened.
OBSERVED RESULT
Now you are presented with welcome screen without any decorations. First issue
is that this window steals focus. Whenever I Alt+Tab to another application,
Okular is always brought to the foreground. This does not happen when I'm
reading PDF.
There is a close button on the welcome screen. When I click it, I'm shown grey
full-screen and I can only close it with Alt+F4 or from overview. No control is
present on the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Okular should not steal focus and when closing welcome screen, application
should close normally.
