SUMMARY
Changing background color via Accessibility settings also changes printed
background color
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a non-white color in Settings->Accessibility->Change colors->Change
paper color
2. Print document

OBSERVED RESULT
The printed paper also has the non-white background color.
EXPECTED RESULT
The printed paper should still have the white background. Only the screen
display should have the background color selected in Accessibility settings.
