Okular as the only pdf reader (compare to browser and default ubuntu reader) is
not able to open pdf referencecard.pdf
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempting to open the file referencecard.pdf (It does not work from the
file explorer or JetBrain GUI)
OBSERVED RESULT
I get an error that the file cannot be opened
