Some books have too many authors to name, or no author given. For example, the
author of Tales of Fools and Wise Folk (OL9838343W) is listed as "Storytelling
Press National" which is not an author. Often a book's editor is put in the
author field, but when given a choice, I leave the author field blank and put
the editor in as a contributor. However, at this point, I cannot remove the
author from a work, and since Tales of Fools and Wise Folk does not have an
editor, I guess the publisher will have to stand in for now. Since it can be
difficult to add all contributing authors to the author field (I recently came
across a collection that had over 300 authors) I think we should be able to
make the author field blank. Any suggestions?
