I would say that if it does not say uncensored then it should be assumed to 
be uncensored. It is the censors who are creating a problem. They are 
attempting to cause the problem for others, but let them cause the problem 
for themselves. It is up to them to track down everything they don't approve 
of others reading and to try to suppress it. It is not up to everyone else 
to do that job for them.
