Yes, many of them. The basic support idea is this

- We'd like people to try the FAQ first
- The FAQ is not supposed to be a replacement for having another sort of support
- If people email us, we don't just email back "Read the FAQ"

Borrowing books from Open Library is actually a very complicated
process, particularly for people who are not very computer literate. I
think we do the best we can with a complicated situation but at the
basic level, it involves

- registering for an OL account
- downloading and installing and registering Adobe software
- being able to follow directions and understand DRM at least a little bit
- being able to troubleshoot if a few things go wrong including being
able to understand browser, firewall and router configurations

This is one of the most frequently used categories of support
questions and it is essential if Open Library is intended to be a
library for everyone.
