Blowby will get less as the rings finally seat. Give them 500 miles or so.
However, ring sealing is never 100 percent so a little smoke out the road
draft tube is normal. Jeff

Subject: [old-chevy-truck] breather tube smoke

I have only 50 miles on a rebuilt 59 235, but I am getting a small
amount of smoke from my breather tube, any feed back will help. Is
this from the rings not being seated yet?
