I thought the same thing, Jim. Had a hard time picturing some cowboy cleaning out his horse with the stuff. (Although it would probably work better than Ex-Lax.) And I thought if a cow has "milkstones" in there somewhere, I didn't think I'd want to drink any of her milk after you cleaned her out with phosphoric acid! So now if we're wondering what that funny taste is in our milk, we can know it's just the residue left over from cleaning the tank with milkstone remover. That ain't so pleasant either.
