OR , you can retain your original distributor and simply delete the 
points by installing a Pertronix " Ignitor " , it uses the stock 
coil and drives the stock ignition system to make it's full spark 
all the time resulting in faster starting hot or cold plus better 
idle , more MPG's and so on , it will _not_ increase power like the 
MSD system does but it is invisable , a BIG plus for those of us who 
like to keep things more or less stock .

Yes , they make it in 6 volts too .
