Good morning, Working on putting my 1950 3100 truck box back together. Was easy to figure out size of wooden blocks in rear cross member. But what is height of block required under front cross member ? Am I correct in assuming the 2 middle cross members don't use blocks ? Finally I'm having a buddy drop by to give a second opinion regarding my rusty frame. But it appears to very thin in places and may need to be replaced. No junk yards within a 1000 miles with antique truck parts. Where is good place to start looking for frame ? Thanks, Willy Chilly Willy , it's minus 5 here today. And that's a big improvement from last week.
