The horn contacts may be shorted inside the horn button assembly. This

Hi can anyone tell me what I did wrong I hooked up my horn on my 55 
Chevy truck 6 cyl and my horn wont shut off? I thought I hooked it up 
correctly? Any ideas on what I should be looking for? Thanks Tim
