That actually forces all the oil to go down the rocker shafts and lubricate the 
rockers.  I've seen plenty that way and it shouldn't be an issue

I have an oil line under the rocker cover that is pinched off. I'm I getting 
oil to the rockers, they didn't make noise when I had the truck running last 
summer. The head  is #3835913. I could use some advice. I'm sending a pictures
