Hello group.

I tried to find my answer in the archives with little luck. What I have is a
1950 Chevy truck that I may wish to sell. What I'd like to know is how to place
a proper value on it. It's been sitting outside, but still has the repaint from
1975. Bed slats are original, but the bed boards were replaced with plywood. A
new wiring harness was put in in 75 also. Is there a punch list of things I
should look for?

Such as: Is there a base price for a five window 1950 1/2 ton pick up? Is rust
expected in some areas, but not others? do original radios add value? Original
engine to frame, original glass, etc.

Last, but more important. If I decide to sell,(I'm still on the fence), how
does one sort out the buyer who wants to keep it original?

Thanks for any help

Rod L.
