US Radiators are good stuff .

Look up your truck by application then there's scads of info there , just right
click to open in new tabs .

In general , brass radiators last longer than do aluminum ones .

Aluminum radiators cool much better *but* you have to keep after the routine
servicing , few do this so in a few years they develop pinholes .

The stock AD brass radiator has three rows and can easily handle your SBC
engine's heat , we used them on 500 C.I. Caddy engines in the 1970's , in the
Desert and never any overheating .

That being said , I had a custom 4 row radiator built for my '49s 235
as I prefer brass , if you're building a Hot Rod , look hard at the aluminum
ones , they're hard to beat & look nice to boot .
