Can anyone tell me where the horn relay is supposed to be located on a 65 Cutlass?

I've searched auto p= arts stores and dealerships for a new horn relay. Dealerships only go b= ack till about 1976. Auto parts stores have horn relays for 50s and 70s= cars but not the 60s cars (which is very strange to me). The shop manual for the car also doesn't say where it is located.
