Please create a JIRA user for yourself

If you haven't already done so, please do create a JIRA account by going 
to http://issues.apache/org/JIRA - if you're not in the system, JIRA 
doesn't know you and you can't be assigned bugs to fix. And no - your 
apache username doesn't work here.
It's really simple - no lengthy form to fill.
