The files olio/webapp/rails/trunk/doc/todo.txt and
olio/webapp/rails/trunk/doc/yahoo_maps_api_account_info.txt do not need to be
revision controlled. olio/webapp/rails/trunk/doc/todo.txt contains a list of
issues already addressed from development prior to initial commit and is
outdated. olio/webapp/rails/trunk/doc/yahoo_maps_api_account_info.txt contains
private information that should not be revision controlled.
