If there's no travel involved (means it is the SF bay area or at least
in reasonable driving distance), you can count me in for the PHP part.

look. It would be interesting to present a complete comparison of the
two implementations. This is a very techy group and a lot of people are
familiar with both frameworks.

btw. I just committed an initial draft of the Rails setup doc, cribbed
heavily from the PHP doc. It'll need some more work, as well I have not
done the CoolStack flavor.
