In progress. All the package names under the 'workload' directory have now been
renamed to use 'olio'.
TODO:
1) The database still uses web20. Need to change db name, user, password
2) webapp references to web20 should be changed
3) Add Olio somewhere in the home page with a mention of Apache ?
