Will - please also look at other application areas to see if there are
similar problems lurking. At this point, we are fairly comfortable that
the php app has no such issues (but then we have the luxury of
hand-coding all our sql).

Related to Issue OLIO-52 in PHP. We will need to page or trim the attendee list
when displaying. We need to make sure the use is list first if they are
attending.
