William Sobel resolved OLIO-69.
-------------------------------
Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I have tried to reproduce the issue. Try running with Rails version 2.2.2. We
are now standardizing on this version. There was a problem with add event and
add user in 2.2.2 which is now resolved. I have killed multiple times and was
able to log in and out as well as create a new user.
> Killing a run leaves the application in an inconsistent state.

> If I kill a run before it completes, and access the application through a
> browser where I'm currently logged in, the application will not let me log
> out, log in, or register.
> I don't think that this is a use case that we want to support, but Im filing
> the issue so that others can comment.
