This issue has been fixed by adding new services for supporting the rails env
better. Specifically, support for nginx as a reverse-proxy server and thin as a
rails server has been added. Olio will automatically startup/shutdown and
capture config and log information from these servers as well as the generic
Olio app. You can run any other rails server as well (e.g. mongrel) by leaving
the 'type' of server blank. In this case, you need to manually start/stop that
server.
