Fix For: 0.2
The rails application generates thumbnails for the AddEvent and AddPerson
operations. These turn out to be 44K in size - way bigger than the initially
loaded sizes which are around 5K. The PHP app generates about 4K - it would be
good to target something in the range of 4-5K.
