Hi Mel,
Its good to know you noticed there are now two similar but still different
groups in this OLPC volunteer community. I hope as we both go about on our
seperate activities we make clear of our differences in the communities we will
approach. For OLPC, we will continue to focus on making our program be based on
using the XO laptop as the harware and Sugar as the application.
For the future OLPC Foundation, the following are some of the things I am
working on:
- securing SEC registration and BIR tax exempt status
- solicitation of a sponsor for the first OLPC school pilot
- an MoU (Memo of Understanding) with the Asia Pacific College
Thanks.
Charles
