Thank you Bruce! I have not heard of this. What a great project! I will forward it to our lists. It looks like we will have another pilot in the Philippines where a reliable source of electricity is a major issue. I will be looking for solutions soon and would likely ask you for suggestions. I hope this is ok. We haven't done the site visit yet so we don't know what exactly they need. Thanks again.
