[OM Cooker] progress schedule ?

Hello

besides all the talks in the other threads, and whether X or Y is right 
or wrong (which I can't judge for myself, having no information on how 
things reached this point), I see some people are begging for "real" 
work to happen on the distribution.

So, back to the distribution, where are we now ? Could we have an 
updated schedule ? Not something like "we're doing qa" or "we did an 
alpha-beta-whatever" some months ago, but a real schedule for the month 
to come.

If everyone here is serious about releasing something one day (which I 
hope, even if recent talks sometimes make me wonder if this will ever 
happen), then what is the planning ?

What are the current blocking points ? What is the deadline to work on 
them ? What are the different RC versions to expect, and especially what 
would be the date for each of these ?

Some months ago, I could understand it could be difficult to have a 
precise view on this, because the association, servers, infrastructure, 
... needed to be set up, but now, where are we ?

Can someone enlighten us and bring back some hope of seeing some 
concrete happen for a release ?
