We are lucky, because the bug should not affect the kernels in 
OpenMandriva & ROSA, at least on x86.

If I understand it correctly, it triggers only if -Os is used in the 
compiler flags (i.e. if CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE is set) instead of 
the default -O2.

By default, CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE is not set on x86 builds, not 
sure about ARM though.
