[OM Cooker] No NetworkManager in build 10189 or after install?

I just noticed there is no networkmanager applet in build 10189 live or 
after install. I haven't found a way to get wifi to work. How are people 
enabling wifi in 2015.0 currently? Is there, or does there need to be a 
bug against this?
