Hi TPG do us a favour and re-read the logs...... the error why Vbox cant work properly is written there. You are using the Kernel build-in nouveau Gfx Driver whats wrong. Vbox needs the Nvidia driver! Download the latest Driver from Nvidia. install it, reboot and your Vbox should work. If not, post the Error again.......
