in easy words, we need a forum like Mandriva and SMF is is some forum ..
with many plug ins and possibility (you are should check out the
plugin-repo from SMF )
with different Boards and various themes .. clean divided ..
like in Mandriva Forum was ..

..uuuahhh ..
it's so high and weight/wide ...

i think we need to raise and focus on topic of communication and
announcemets to the outer world.
When you take a look on other distros blogs, each update of mind
catching software is announced on own site and ofcourse spread to
other socials medias and ie. phoronix.net <http://phoronix.net>.
So we updated Plasma5, KF5, GNOME, LLVM/clang, GCC, mesa,firefox,
libreoffice, kernel and many many more software got no announcements
at all, not to mention that others are announcing even very small
things and pushing everywhere.
We need to focus and figure out how to improve this situation.
Here is my proposition:
1. Maintainer when builds something new should post announcement on
cooker ML.
2. This accouncement should be pushed to blog and socials etc by
someone who is taking care of it, or maybe we should automate this
task and create some scripts, that will be parsing cooker ML for a
specific type of message ?
