maybe we can see what the bad mirror is, what is the output from:

grep chosen /var/cache/urpmi/mirrors.cache

I use $mirrorlist, not a specific mirror
well, try this, go on the drakconf,
go to add a mirror, but use the menu and add an speziall mirror,
let download the mirrorlist.. -> Fail, the $mirrorlist can not downloaded..

so can you not an mirror what you want..
try it out..
