yes this is true. reporting/finding bugs is a skill as much as fixing
them. anyone is welcome to do only the parts they want to do or everything.
all help is welcome, and of course gladly received. I am sure that is
not what TPG meant though, merely that the more who can pitch and fix,
the merrier we will all be.
