This was going to be 'Topics for TC meeting' then I realized that may
not be the best venue to get this done. So should these be for a TC
meeting or other such as Infra?
1. We need some kind of way to automatically publish for members of
QA-Team, interested developers, and others when any new bug is created.
2. Could we re-institute automatically publishing all new bugs to Cooker
mailing list?
I'm hoping that these steps will lead to greater and faster activity in
solving bugs especially for our users.
