Hi All, Recently we had a bug reported that seemed to indicate that grub2 was no longer saving the default boot entry. Is there any reason why this funtionality has been disabled deliberately or whether it has come about due to an upstream change in the code or by the introduction of a new option in the grub2 package. It seems fairly easy to restoe the old behaviour by setting the variable in SAVEDEFAULT=true /etc/default/grub. Are there any objections to restoring the old behaviour? Best, Colin
