Yes, partitionmanager does work and see the NVME drive. Recall at the end you can designate the bootloader? It does not provide the option for the /dev/nvmen[01..99] drive option. It only shows /dev/sd[a-z].
I guess nvme is loaded and since it is not loaded as a kernel loadable module, you do not see it when you use 'lsmod'. If you use lspci -s ##.## -v on the bus/slot number, it shows that the kernel is using 'nvme'. I was expecting a different result, because I loaded it as a loadable module, is showed up in 'lsmod'. Nevertheless, it is working. I am just trying to get pass the plasmashell bug. I changed themes and it has reduced the number of errors for plasma.
