Dear James, dear all, a follow-up on statistical data in RDF and their relation to OpenMath. It turned out that I got involved into a last minute effort to submit an abstract to the Web Science conference (http://www.websci10.org/). One of the SCOVO developers, as well as two researchers working on publishing statistical data of the US government as RDF joined the team. The next step (after acceptance) would be extending it into a short paper, and that would probably have the potential to give OpenMath some publicity in new domains. I have not yet got the co-authors' feedback on whether it is OK to share the abstract with the whole OpenMath list, but you can contact me and I will send it to you by private mail. It may be interesting for you, James, for the SCIEnce people (@Dan, @Peter, we are considering using your infrastructure, that's why I'm sending this to you), and possibly for others.
Cheers, Christoph -- Christoph Lange, Jacobs Univ. Bremen, http://kwarc.info/clange, Skype duke4701
