The stacktrace he showed in the picture is a VM subsystem crash. There are OLD
illumos bugs showing this, in particular:

What OmniOS version are you running? Also, how much memory do you have on this
system, and have you done any crazy tunings to increase kernel memory usage?
Everything Zach said about getting a system dump applies here doubly, as well.
