Any one of these is a fine choice, even the G3450T is plenty fast for most "small user" needs and will happily saturate a couple of 1Gbit/s links with data. And all of the models you listed support ECC - wise choice. For me, I'd get the G3450T and spend the extra money on an extra 16GB of memory, or maybe a decent SAS HBA.
