The thing is, in average French men are much slimmer than British men, so it's more fun to view them in tight speedos. Unfortunately, German men are as fat as British men .... :-(
On the other hand, the biggest cock I've ever seen in real life was the one of a British guy. He had one of those 30cm/12in things. His first boyfriend didn't allow him to wear tight speedos, he said at the beach he would draw all the gay guys like moths to the flame. So the poor guy had to wear boardies. But his next bf, didn't allow him to wear boardies any more. Instead, he had to wear the tightes and tinyiest speedos he could find (and his mega thing did fit in). It would be a shame when guys like him wouldn't be spotted in speedos any more in the UK, wouldn't it?
