You're underestimating the stamina of young trained folks. Apparently<http://www.standardmedia.co.ke/?articleID=2000063202&story_title=London-Olympians-lap-up-150,000-condoms>, it's 150,000 condoms :-) For 10,500 athletes. That's about 15 per athlete. As you need 1 per couple per time, it's enough for about 30 times per athletes.
