Hi Mike -

I didn't know such a page existed and had asked about one before
(obviously in the wrong forum).

I love the idea of the page - you know, with things like: "no, it's
not you, changeset XXYY has caused lint errors and it is being worked on"

but, how likely are we to keep it current? I think someone on
the "gateeper" alias would need to own it to keep it current -
in which case it could be a very good reference.

I can't tell you how many people spend hours (or days) trying to figure
out a build problem before tehy ask for help, when it was a "known
issue" all along...
