my immediate reaction is that it's going to be very confusing and
possibly very error prone if "-r r1:r2" means one thing to hg diff and
something subtly different to webrev.
I'd want webrev -r to operate on the exact same pair of revisions as hg
diff -r; the parentrevspec extension or something like it would seem to
be the way to go to get more expressiveness.
