SUNWldapcsdk-dev is a component of libldap6. This component is generally delivered as part of Sun Java System Directory Server Enterprise Edition (DSEE), and should not be installed when attempting to build the ON consolidation.
The headers from DSEE's libldap6 component are conflicting with the libldap5 headers delivered as part of the ON consolidation. You will need to remove the DSEE components, setup a zone [to build in] without those conflicting components, use a different machine, or some other method to avoid the header conflicts during the build process.
