With the integration of 6767257, Solaris Audit configuration in
SMF, PSARC/2009/022 audit_startup(1m) EOL and removal,
incremental builds will get a packging error similar to:

You can remove $CODEMGR_WS/proto/root_i386/etc/security/audit_startup
or do a clobber build.
If you are not using Solaris Auditing, you may skip to the
remainder of this message.
If you are running Solaris Auditing, audit_startup(1M) will be
converted and renamed when the audit service first starts. Any
further customization of audit policy or queue parameters must
be done with auditconfig(1M). Please see the updated man page in
the PSARC case directory.
