Going through the existing code base, I've found that it appears that the DDI_CTLOPS_AFFINITY nexus bus operation is *only* used to support the dmaga device used for ancient legacy esp SCSI devices (which I'm in the process of removing). The only nexus to actually implement this appears to be the sysio sbus nexus.
So if the esp and dmaga drivers, I think this bus op and the function
ddi_dev_affinity() can reasonably be removed. Does anyone have any
objection to this?
