Guilty as charged.  However, there are two problems with this:

1) You can't send to on-discuss@ unless you're subscribed.  In the past, 
many of these messages from me bounced.  I suspect that's true for 
others as well.   To fix this, you need to either require all ON 
contributors to subscribe to ON discuss, or fix the draconian mailing 
list moderation policy on on-discuss at .

2) I have sometimes simply *forgotten* -- there are three different 
aliases you have to send the message to, which is *two* too many.  It 
would be good if the gk's could come up with a single alias that sends 
to all the right places (and also bypasses any moderation concerns on 
on-discuss@ or elsewhere.)
