The number of votes you needed under the old constitution was quoted in

However, the recent election approved the new constitution, which goes
into effect on April 1 when the new OGB takes office, and the new
consitution has abolished the "Core Contributor" role.

In the new constitution, there are just "Contributors" and "Leaders":

Either Contributors or Leaders can choose to join the Electorate to
vote in OGB elections, or they can choose not to, if they are only
interested in participating in their area and not the overall
community governance.
