You've got 142 ON bits on your system, not 140. (The non-ON bits are
likely 140, but that's not what you've installed using onu.) Otherwise
you wouldn't have osnet-incorporat...@142. So you need to install a 142
version of netcat. In other words, you need to install netcat from the
repo you upgraded to.
With recent-ish onu bits, you can use the -r option to setup the depot
servers to point to your repo, and then pkg install netcat. Otherwise,
you need to do that manually.
