=== *Public Comments* ========================================================
Fishworks is currently dependent on the archives. Removing BFU is fine, but
any removal of the archives must be closely coordinated with Fishworks.

I know Fishworks is dependent on the archive generation tools. Do you
use the ON gatekeeper generated archives directly, or do you generate
your own? (I was expecting the latter, but please let us know if that's
incorrect.)

*** (#2 of 3): 2010-03-04 22:40:36 GMT+00:00 <User 1-5Q-313>

Correct. Since Fishworks has changes to the ON codebase that are not pushed
upstream (and in some cases would be inappropriate for upstream), and moreover,
since Fishworks needs direct control over what build of ON it's based off of,
the archives must be generated from the Fishworks ON gate.
