The dtrace package includes a lot of documentation files for the Java API.
These should be tagged in the IPS packages with facet.doc=true so that
systems that need to be minimized for space or policy can do so without
breaking the installed package.
This should be a simple matter of adding to the developer-dtrace.mf manifest:
